Switch Hold Customers

Payless Power allows for customers who are currently under a switch hold with their current provider to complete the enrollment process. They will not be able to start service until the switch hold has been removed by their previous provider.

Upon submitting the Retrieve service addresses request, the system will send a response notifying the client that the address being enrolled is under a switch hold (flag isSwitchHold). This information can then be displayed to the customer.

In addition, at the completion of the enrollment, the client application should display helpful information to the customer notifying them how to remove the switch hold. We have provided some sample text below. You may utilize this as a sample for use in your own application:
