Contact Information
Once a customer has selected a product, we then begin the process of capturing their contact information. We use this information in enrolling the customer into an account for service. But, we also need to capture this initial set of information in order to verify the identity of the customer.

Payless Power has developed a set of fraud detection tools we utilize to verify customer information. As part of this process, we store the customer session information for validation against our fraud suite.
The customer may leave and return to this step during this same session. In this case we use Update customer session to modify the stored session data with any changes made by the customer in the form entry.
As documented in the referenced operations, the response will include an action and a reason. Refer to the Conduct Checks page documentation for more details on how to handle these specific scenarios.
